In Defense of Food: An Eater's Manifesto

Often when we look at our lives and ways we can become more sustainable, the information is difficult to understand, confusing, or contradictory. Michael Pollan has been at the leading edge of trying to help sort the difficult choices that must be made in making our food systems more sustainable. In the book The Omnivore's Dilemma, Pollan explored our current food systems and how those choices impact the environment.
